The Consultation of the movement produced report allows you to analyze the history of events related to a product on a given site and over a given period.
This report will enable you to analyze your inventory discrepancies by product in detail.
To access this report, click on the Dashboards module, then under the Stock and management ratios section, click on “Consultation of the movement produced.”
If you are an administrator or multisite user, when you open this report, you will need to select the site on which you want to view the movements of a product from the tree structure.
As a site-level user, when you open this report, you will be taken to the filter selection window by default:
1) The consultation period
- Either over an inventory period
- Either over a period of your choice, freely specifying a start date and end date for consultation, up to a maximum of 31 days.
2) Product designation
You can view the report by searching for the name of your generic product in the field provided.
3) Consolidation
The consolidation option will merge purchases, sales, and allocations for the period and product viewed.
4) Markets and lots
You can also view the report by product lot; simply select the market and the corresponding lot. However, it will not be possible to view this report by market; you must specify at least one lot.
Once you have selected the filters, click on Validate. ![]()
You will find the date, product name, quantity corresponding to the type of movement and stock unit, foodcost, the weighted average price, name of the user who signed the inventory or receipt, and a link to the document corresponding to the movement.
➛ Date: date on which the product movement was recorded
➛ Product: generic product description
➛ Quantity: quantity of product moved
➛ Unit: the product's stock unit
➛ Cost: material cost of the product (quantity x weighted average price)
➛ WAP: weighted average unit price, average unit price based on purchases and related sales over the period and at the site concerned
➛ Movement type:
o Initial stock: the quantity of initial stock on the inventory date
o Cumulated Purchases: purchases received on the date
o Cumulated Sales: sales recorded on the date
o Cumulated allocations: losses or other allocations recorded on the date
o Theoretical stock: initial stock quantity + quantity purchased – quantity sold – quantity of allocations
o Inventory difference: theoretical stock quantity – final stock quantity
o Final stock: the quantity of stock entered at the end of my period
➛ User: The name of the person who signed the inventory, delivery note, or allocation will be displayed on the corresponding date. For delivery notes received via EDI, “Electronic delivery note” will be displayed.
➛ Informations: You can click on the links for the documents corresponding to each type of transaction. For purchases, the relevant delivery notes will be attached; for sales, the pages corresponding to the recipe or the product related to the sale will be attached; for allocations, click on the page for entering the corresponding allocation.
