Finished products inventory

From an inventory in simplified mode, it is possible to manage the stock of finished products.

A finish product is the embodiment of a recipe. It can then be managed in stock, sold, allocated etc...

Destocked production represents the initial inventory of finished products.

Stocked production represents the final inventory of finished products.

Activate/deactivate finished products in inventory

To activate finished products in inventory, you need to be able to activate the functionality on the page listing a site's inventories.

Activating this slider has no immediate impact on the site inventory.

The site will be able to manage finished products in its inventory from the following period.

Similarly, by deactivating the option, the fact of no longer using finished products in inventory will be taken into account in the next inventory.

To help you understand this activation/deactivation rule for the next inventory, a tooltip is available when hovering over the finished goods activation option in the inventory.

The "Finished products" line appears in the first position in the "Finished productions management" option.

Click on the "Finished products" line to access the finished products entry page.

1 - Search for the product using the search bar

2 - Add quantity

3 - Click on the + button

4 - Available option: add a comment

It is not possible to delete lines from a final inventory of finished products.

Totals are at the bottom of the page

The search is based on active recipes

Standard and assembly recipes can be added

The entry is automatically saved

You can return to the inventory using the "return" button.
