The invoices and credit notes page, which enables a user to enter an invoice or credit note on a restaurant level, is subject to user rights and a request for activation of the functionality by your head office administrator to his or her project manager.
Once activated, 3 reception statuses are displayed, allowing you to filter receptions:
to process
"passed for payment": finalized deliveries
unregistered invoices, i.e. receipts that have been finalized but for which no invoice has been entered
When finalizing a receipt, the user can either finalize the receipt or finalize it and enter the corresponding invoice.
A pre-registered invoice with information about my reception is displayed, in which I have to fill in my invoice number and due date.
Once completed, I can approve my invoice.

Once approved, I'm taken to the invoices and credit notes page, where I can view my invoice in approved status.
By clicking on the 3 dots, I can :
1- Consult it
2- Cancel it, in which case a new line will be added to the table with the amount of my invoice in negative.
3- Cancel it and correct the receipt, by clicking on this option, the invoice will be cancelled, creating an additional negative line, and I will then return to my receipt, where I can see that a version 2 has been added to my Delivery Note No. I then correct my receipt, finalize it and re-enter my invoice.
