Open the "Production" menu and click on "Meal plans":
Click on "Production document" tab
The Production document allows you to display production quantities by recipe, grouped by manufacturing station.
1) Select a production date
2) Select a meal plan
3) Filter display by service
4) Theoretical quantity (calculated on the basis of the meal plan)
Actual quantity freely modifiable
1) Choice of print type :
Print with page break: PDF of production document with one page per manufacturing station
Print without page break: PDF of production document without page break
2) Print label selection :
Print presentation or storage labels. In the right-hand column, check the labels you wish to print.
The label format is displayed. Check that you have the correct format in the printer before printing.
The printout summarizes the information set on the recipe: label, ingredients, nutritional report, etc.
1) Recipes are classified as Manufacturing station
2) Name of planned recipe
3) Service title
4) Theoretical and actual production quantities
5) Unique ID of the recipe
6) CSD
